Why does Beeye show a delete button in some cases and an archive button in others for a resource?

The Delete button appears when the resource has no actual time recorded.
All planned times associated with that resource will be permanently deleted. -
The Archive button appears when the resource has actual time recorded.
All actual time entries are preserved in the system, and the resource’s account will remain visible but appear in red, indicating that its status is Archived.
