Why do I sometimes see the Delete button and sometimes the Archive button for a collaborator?

• The Delete button appears when no actual times have been entered for the collaborator (only planned time or no time at all).

  All planned times associated with that collaborator will be permanently deleted.
  
  

• The Archive button appears when real timesheets (actual time entries) exist for the collaborator.

  All actual time entries are kept in the system and the collaborator’s account will remain visible but will appear in red, indicating that the status is Archived.
