How can I reset the password for one or more users in Beeye?

 

To reset a user's password in Beeye, you have two options depending on your access rights and the situation:

  1. For Team Managers: If you have resource Management access rights, follow these steps:
    1. Go to the Resources page.
    2. Select the resources concerned in the list
    3. Click on the Reset Password option to reset the password for the selected users

  2. For the User: If a user has forgotten their password, they can reset it themselves:
    1. Go to the Beeye Quasar login page
    2. Click on Forgot password
    3. Enter your email address to reset your password

In both cases, the user will receive an email containing their login information.

Access or Password Issues

If you are experiencing any issues, please check the following:

  • Verify with your administrator that you have the required access rights.

  • If you do not receive the password, make sure you used the correct, active email address linked to your Beeye account.

  • Check with your IT team or technician to ensure that emails from Beeye have not been blocked or bounced by your mail server.

  • If the issue persists, contact Beeye Support so we can assist you.
