      What happens if I add new users during the year?

      Is your team growing?
      1. As soon as a user is added in Beeye, an invoice is automatically sent to you on the last day of the month of addition.
      2. The rate for an additional license is calculated pro rata based on the number of days remaining in an annual subscription:
      Example: you signed a one-year contract for 10 users on September 1, 2022:
      • On March 1, 2023, your team expands, and 2 additional licenses are added
      • On March 31, 2023, the client will receive an additional invoice for the period from March 1, 2022, to August 31, 2023
      • The rate for this invoice will be: 2 licenses x monthly rate x (182.5 days / 365 days) / 12 months.

      Tip

      You signed up for 10 users and all licenses are assigned. If one of your resources permanently leaves, remove them in the Team menu to free up their license. You can then assign it to a new person.
