How do I add new users during the year, and what happens?

Is your team growing?

As soon as a user is added in Beeye, an invoice is automatically sent to you on the last day of the month of addition.
The rate for an additional license is calculated pro rata based on the number of days remaining in an annual subscription:

Example: you signed a one-year contract for 10 users on September 1, 2022:

On March 1, 2023, your team expands, and 2 additional licenses are added
On March 31, 2023, the client will receive an additional invoice for the period from March 1, 2022, to August 31, 2023
The rate for this invoice will be: 2 licenses x monthly rate x (182.5 days / 365 days) / 12 months.

Tip :

If one of your team members leaves, delete or archive their profile (as appropriate) from the Team menu to free up their license. You can then assign it to a new user.

⚠️ Important: Never change a normal license to a virtual one unless there is a valid reason. This action permanently deletes all time entries associated with that user and cannot be undone.
