Use Case: How to Move a Mission Scheduling

Discover how to easily and simply move a schedule in Beeye to reorganize your missions and tasks.

In Beeye, it is possible to move a scheduling to better organize your missions and tasks. In this article, we will explain the necessary steps to do so.

From the Planning page:

  1. Click on a view grouped by missions: Access the Planning page in Beeye and select a view grouped by missions that contains the scheduling you want to move. This will allow you to clearly visualize the associated missions and schedules.
  2. Use the Filter to find the mission to move: If you have numerous missions displayed, use the filter to easily find the specific mission you want to move. Enter the mission name or other search criteria to refine the results.
  3. Choose the period to move using the calendar: Locate the mission whose scheduling you want to move. Use the calendar to display the specific period you want to move, whether it's a week, a month, or another customized period.
  4. Select the scheduling to move: Once you have identified the mission and specific period to move, select the corresponding scheduling. You can do this by using the checkbox to select it among multiple schedules.
  5. Click on "More actions" and then "Move": Once you have selected the scheduling, click on the "More actions" button at the top of the page, and choose the "Move" option from the dropdown menu. This will open a panel to continue the moving process.
  6. Complete the right panel and then Move: In the right panel, you can specify the details of the scheduling move. This may include selecting a new period, adjusting dates, choosing a different location, modifying budgets, or other scheduling-related parameters. Once you are done, click on the "Move" button to finalize the operation.

Tip: You can move the scheduling for the entire team or only for a specific collaborator. It is also possible to reassign the scheduling to another person.
