Accessing a Resource's Schedule
If you are unable to view the schedule of an active colleague in Beeye, follow these steps to identify and resolve the issue:
1. Check Active Filters
Make sure that the filters applied on the Planning page are not excluding the colleague you want to view. This includes:
-
Collaborator filter (Me, Team, Company)
-
Filters by team, role, or availability
-
New aggregation options (Day, Week, Month) that may affect display
Too restrictive a filter can prevent the colleague’s name or data from appearing.

2. Confirm Your Access Rights
You might not have the required permissions to view this colleague’s schedule.
With Beeye’s updated access management, visibility depends on the permissions set for each view:
-
Me: view only your own schedule
-
Team: view your team members’ schedules
-
Company: view the entire organization’s schedules
If you cannot access the desired level, your “View Planning” permission may not be sufficient. Contact your organization’s administrator to check or adjust your access rights if needed.
3. Check the Colleague’s Configuration
Even if the colleague is active, certain settings may affect their visibility:
-
End-of-contract date: if expired or incorrect, the colleague may not appear in the schedule
-
Recently changed team or role: changes can affect filters or permissions
-
Newly added colleague: a page refresh may be required after creation or updates
4. Refresh the Page or Temporarily Change Views
If data still seems missing, try one of these options:
-
Temporarily change the view (e.g., Me → Company)
-
Refresh the page
-
Return to your desired view
This workaround resolves some cache or display-related issues.
If you still cannot access the colleague’s schedule after these steps, it may be a technical issue. Contact Beeye support for assistance.
