Two-Factor Authentication (2FA)
Currently, Beeye does not directly offer a native two-factor authentication (2FA) feature within the application. However, users can benefit from an additional layer of security by using two-factor authentication through their Office 365 login.
If your organization uses Office 365, here is how you can leverage 2FA to secure your access to Beeye:
- Enable 2FA on Your Office 365 Account: Ensure that two-factor authentication is activated for your Office 365 account by your system administrator.
- Login to Beeye with Office 365: When accessing Beeye, choose the "Sign in with Office 365" option. You will be redirected to the Office 365 login page where you will need to enter your email address and password.
- 2FA Validation: After entering your Office 365 credentials, the two-factor authentication process will be triggered, asking you to confirm your identity with a code received via SMS, phone call, or through an authentication app.
- Secure Access to Beeye: Once you have completed the 2FA step, you will be securely logged into Beeye.
Although Beeye does not offer native 2FA, this integration with Office 365 allows users to achieve an increased level of security when accessing the platform. For any questions or assistance on using two-factor authentication with Office 365, please contact our technical support or your Office 365 administrator.
