What to do if a user assigned to a project cannot see it?

If a user is assigned to a project but it does not appear in Management page > Projects or in the dropdown list when entering  timesheets, it is likely an access issue.

Workaround:

  1. In the User page, change the user’s MyView. For example, if it was set to “Me,” switch it to “Company.”

  2. Wait about 5 minutes.

  3. Restore the original MyView.

  4. Refresh the page.

This forces a recalculation of the user’s access to projects and usually resolves the issue.
