What is the procedure for reactivating an account of a person archived in Beeye?

Reactivating an Archived Account

To reactivate the account of a resource previously archived in Beeye, follow these simple steps:

1. Ensure you have the necessary permissions, including the Resource Management permission.
2. Go to the "Resources" page within your Beeye environment.
3. Archived resources will be indicated in red. Browse the list or use the search function to find the concerned resource.
4. Click on the name of the archived resource to open their profile.
5. In the right panel, you will see an Unarchive button. Click on it to reactivate the resource's account.

Once the account is reactivated, the resource can log back into Beeye and resume their activities within the platform. If the resource has forgotten their password, they can use the Forgot Password function on the login page to create a new one.
