Understanding the Time Bank sections
These sections help you understand the relationship between your working hours and your time bank, how it changes as you log your hours, the impact of your weekly entries, and the total number of times you are allowed to use.
- Time Bank
This section shows the number of hours accumulated for the current week. These times will be added to your total time bank after they are approved according to your company’s internal process.
- Logged Time – Time Bank
This field automatically shows the difference between the time you have logged and your time bank balance.
It requires no action from you; it simply allows you to see, in real-time, the impact of your timesheet entries on your time bank.
- Total Time Bank
This section displays the total number of hours you have accumulated since creating your employee profile in Beeye.
This is the total balance of hours you are allowed to use.
