How to create custom views?

Creating Custom Views

To create custom views in Beeye, follow these steps to optimize your user experience and focus on the essential data for your work:

  1. Creating a New View
    • Access the left menu and select Create a view. A new view will be added to the list, ready for customization.
  2. Selecting Columns
    • Customize the display by choosing only the necessary columns. This makes the information more relevant and facilitates decision-making.
    • Modify the columns from the right panel by adding, removing, or rearranging according to your needs.
  3. Filtering Data
    • Use filters to refine the display according to specific criteria (e.g., closed projects, employees by position). Filters improve the relevance of the information displayed.
    • Add or modify filters via the right panel to refine your view.
  4. Grouping Information
    • Organize the data by grouping it by category, responsible, position, etc. This adds a clear structure to the displayed information.
  5. Sorting Data
    • Sort the information according to sorting criteria to highlight important elements (e.g., employees by availability).

Tip

To manage your custom views, use the Manage views button located at the bottom of the left menu. You can then hide, rename, duplicate, set as default, make public, or delete your views.

Additional Display Options: Note that some pages, like the schedule, offer additional display options, like the contents of the cards, which are also saved in your custom views.

By following these steps, you can efficiently create and manage custom views in Beeye, making your daily work smoother and tailored to your specific needs.
