      What is the process for renewing our Beeye contract?

      Contract Renewal Process

      The process of renewing your Beeye contract is designed to be smooth and effortless on your part, thanks to automatic renewal. We keep you informed about this renewal through three key steps:

      1. 45 days before renewal: We send you an initial message reminding you that your Beeye subscription will automatically renew in 45 days. No action is required on your part to continue enjoying our services.
      2. 29 days before renewal: A second message is sent to you confirming the automatic renewal of your subscription in 29 days. We remain at your disposal for any questions or specific needs.
      3. On the day of renewal: On the renewal day, you receive a message confirming the continuation of your subscription along with your invoice for the new subscription period.

      Caution

      We strongly recommend checking and updating the user list before renewal to ensure that your subscription exactly matches your current needs. This will help you avoid any surprises regarding the new invoice and ensure that only necessary users are included in your subscription.


      This implied renewal is put in place to ensure uninterrupted service continuity. However, if you wish to make changes to your subscription or have concerns, we encourage you to contact us as soon as you receive our first renewal notice.
