Display Aggregates in the Planning Page

The Planning page now offers three new aggregation modes to view planned hours at different granularities: Small (Day), Small (Week), and Small (Month). These modes allow you to adapt the display according to your needs: daily detail, weekly overview, or monthly summary.

1. Small (Day)

This mode displays planned hours per day.

  • Each column corresponds to a specific date.

  • Allows you to view the daily schedule of each collaborator in detail.

Tip: Use the Small Day mode to check the allocation of planned hours for each collaborator, day by day.

2. Small (Week)

This mode shows the total planned hours per week.

  • Provides a weekly overview.

  • The first day of the week is displayed along with the corresponding month and week number (e.g., 01/01 – W1).

  • If an asterisk (*) appears next to the week number, it means the days span within the same week, so the number may repeat.

Tip: The Small Week mode is ideal for monitoring weekly workloads and quickly identifying overloaded weeks.

3. Small (Month)

This mode shows the total planned hours per collaborator for a full month.

  • The month name is displayed at the top of the table (e.g., January →).

  • Provides a summarized view of the monthly schedule.

Tip: Use the Small Month mode to evaluate the monthly allocation of resources and identify periods of overload or availability.
