The actions presented in this guide are performed in the Custom fields tab under the Configuration section

Accessing this page requires specific access rights which are editable in the Access Rights tab under the Employees section. To learn more, please consult our Set up access rights guide.

4. Field visibility : When this box is checked, the field becomes visible for all users in your company within Beeye. When it’s unchecked, the field remains hidden (this option is generally used to integrate Beeye with other tools).

Once all of your information has been entered, click on the Save button at the bottom of the sidebar to complete the field’s creation. It will now appear in the category in which you clicked on the Add a custom field button.
