The new interface on the report page now allows you to filter through the list of your projects or employees displayed, whether for projects or resources reports.

The following guide presents the different available filters and realizable actions.

Important: The filters by resources work on the reports by project. This way, you will be able to display all the projects in which at least one of the resources in question corresponds to the selected filter. However, the filters by projects do not work on the reports by resource.

You can also filter your projects based on custom fields that you have created for your projects. The information to be entered will change depending on the custom field type:

  • Text: you can search using keywords for the values associated with this field.

E.g: We are looking for projects for which the custom field Customer name includes the keyword Abstergo.

  • Number: you can set minimum and/or maximum values for this field.

Ex: we are looking for projects for which the custom field Customer Satisfaction is between 50 and 75 percent.

  • List: you can check one or more options from your list to find the projects corresponding to these values for the field in question.

E.g: we are looking for projects for which the field Type of client includes the values enterprise or non-profit organization.

  • Date: you can set a range of dates to find the projects corresponding to these values for the field in question.

E.g: We are looking for projects for which the field Delivery Date has a value between the 1st and 15th of December 2017.

  • Employee: you can select one or more employees associated with some of your custom fields.
